Walmart will be offering up a new pickup discount on eligible, online-only (non-store) items that customers buy online and ship to any Walmart store for pick up – discount available in the contiguous United States only. This new pickup discount will initially be available on about 10,000 items and the discount will then roll out to more than one million of the most popular items by the end of June. Starts April 19th.
Details on the refund program will be announced “shortly,” according to the Federal Trade Commission. If Amazon charged you for an in-app purchase your kids made between 2011 and 2016, you could be eligible for a refund.
It’s unclear exactly how Amazon will reimburse customers. The courts rejected its request to issue refunds via gift cards, so it’s expected to issue refunds directly to customers’ debit or credit cards, or with checks.

They will be closing 138 stores over the next few months – these closures which will mostly take place in June of this year and will impact approximately 5,000 positions nationwide. Most of the affected stores will begin the liquidation process in April.
Starting June 1st they will be increasing the annual membership fees from $55 to $60 for U.S. and Canada Goldstar (individual), Business, and Business add-on members.
Also effective June 1st, annual fees for Executive Memberships will increase from $110 to $120, which includes the primary membership fee of $60 plus the Executive upgrade of $60. And the maximum annual 2% reward associated with the Executive Membership will increase from $750 to $1,000.
